Included in this display are gowns dating back to the 1880s, as well as some wonderful gowns from the 1970s.
As well as wedding gowns, you’ll find christening gowns, ball dresses, and funeral items, displaying a rich assembly of textiles and craftmanship.
The museum is located at the back of the Wesley Church at Duke Street, Albany, and is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays in the morning from 10am to 11.30am, subject to volunteer availability.
Entry by gold-coin donation.
Please note: in Winter, and off-season tourist periods, the hours of the museum may vary. Call Judy on 9841 1006 to confirm and arrange suitable times.
