Albany Historical Society has recently painted one of the trees in Duke Street Park blue as part of The Blue Tree Project.

Aimed to raise awareness of mental health by being a conversation starter, with its origins in the Wheatbelt.

Suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians between 15 and 44 years of age.
