Today we received the terribly shocking news that one of our longest and most dedicated volunteers at the Albany Convict Gaol passed away totally unexpectedly last night.

We are all shocked and cold at the sudden passing of Sue. Our heartfelt and deepest sympathy to Mike and family. We can’t begin to understand how you must all feel. The world has lost a truly wonderful caring, compassionate and lovable lady.

Albany has lost a little ray of sunshine and will be all the poorer for it.

May she Rest In Peace.
